It would be nice to have a one stop all included platform where i dont need to log into 3 different things to give them a tour and get paid.

Some of my agents ask me to change their title of a tour to "SOLD or "UNDER CONTRACT". They use it during listing appointments. They go to a current tour, click on "view my other tours" and the client sees a list of SOLD and UNDER CONTRACT, but it would be great if the agents can do this with a check mark on the client panel.

It would open up markets to vacation rental companies if we could use Neybor.com for that as well - but the current syndicated (property for sale) sites are irrelevant to that.

As part of the client panel, allow the realtor to uncheck images that they don't want on the tour but want to keep in the client panel for download or maybe add to the tour later

and naming images - this could be a mouse over to display a larger thumbnail.

After you view a tour, sometimes you might find it necessary to change the type from virtual to still photo. in order for me to make this change, i had to delete and re-upload them. I couldnt change it when I looked under "edit".

The entire way that I try to sell everything we do, is that we market our Client, their brand and their listing for maximum effect. Without a Bio for our client on the "View all My Tours" page, it is very static and has absolutely no call to action

The ability to add analytics so agents can track stats along with their own website stats. Also make it so we can add stats for all of our tours so we can monitor traffic.

Many of our agents would like to see a true reflection of visits on both their tours and website in one place.

Allow CLIENT PANEL to upload their own photos and also to delete any photos the do not want.

Sometimes the tour is done before realtor.com has loaded the listing. It'd be nice to have a feature where Tourbuzz could continually re-try to post to realtor.com until it works.

... instead of clicking on Edit, then changing name, then saving, then clicking on 'Back to Images' page. Too many steps.

At present there are only two control points, start & finish. Adding more control points would allow moving around the photo at will, simulating the look of a video camera with very little effort. I suggest an “Add Control Point” button and having numbered frames with a selector to positively select and identify a frame.

You get bonus points if you include transition time and accelerate/decelerate/smooth settings for controlling each transition between control points.

When importing an image capture description information from either the image "title" or "caption" field in the file's metadata.

This would allow us to add custom notes to the order confirmation...
